Located within the prestigious Unitech Golf & Country Club in Noida, this luxury residential interior of 4+1 BHK residence was envisioned as a sophisticated home for a family with a deep appreciation for modern design, global influences, and understated luxury. Delivered as a bare shell by the developer, the apartment presented a rare opportunity to create a completely bespoke living environment from the ground up.

For us, the project began with a blank canvas one defined by generous proportions, abundant natural light, and sweeping views of the golf course. The clients, having lived and travelled extensively across different parts of the world, sought a home that reflected a contemporary international sensibility while remaining warm, comfortable, and deeply personal. Rather than relying on trends or overt ornamentation, the design focuses on timeless materials, thoughtful detailing, and carefully composed spaces that elevate everyday living.

The design language is rooted in modernism. Clean architectural lines, restrained forms, and a carefully balanced material palette create an atmosphere of quiet sophistication throughout the home. Natural wood finishes are paired with textured surfaces, stone accents, and muted neutral tones, resulting in interiors that feel both elegant and inviting.

The living and dining areas form the heart of the residence. Designed as an open and connected environment, these spaces encourage interaction while maintaining a sense of calm and visual clarity. Sculptural furniture pieces, soft organic forms, and carefully selected lighting fixtures introduce character without overwhelming the architecture. Large-format openings allow daylight to become an active design element, enhancing the textures and materials throughout the day.

One of the defining features of the home is the attention given to proportion and balance. Every element from wall panelling and storage systems to furniture placement and lighting was designed to contribute to a cohesive visual language. The dining area exemplifies this approach. Anchored by a statement lighting installation and surrounded by custom-designed furniture, the space combines functionality with sculptural elegance. Rich material contrasts, including natural wood veneers, textured finishes, and dramatic stone surfaces, add depth while maintaining the home's restrained aesthetic.

Storage solutions were seamlessly integrated into the architecture to preserve clean lines and visual continuity. Concealed cabinetry, custom joinery, and multifunctional elements ensure that practicality remains central to the design without compromising the minimalist character of the interiors.
